WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give you boosts in specific statistics. Each upgrade increases the item level by +3. Each upgrade also increases a random substat.

The upgraded gear is usually more useful, unless the item upgrader mod has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like the eth Titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the necessity to roll for a perfect version.
