Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customised using an app that can save the maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune how much water and the scrubbing action of your mop.

A mapping function helps your robot navigate around rooms. A feature for avoiding obstacles helps it avoid running over wires, furniture, or stray toys. These are must-have features in my home, which is filled with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum cleaner, so it is naturally with features. It's able to both sweep and mop in one session, and it can even raise its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from getting too damp. It can also avoid obstacles by finding pet toys, plants and other small objects.

You can set it up and forget about it. It is only necessary to refill the water tank, or replace the dust bag on occasion.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and return to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being that it's pricey. But its abundance of features makes it a very appealing option for anyone who wants to go away from their old stick vacuums and mop. We highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop combo. The price is justified by the robust features, including a large vacuuming capability and two gyrating mop heads. It also comes with an app-based controller that is smart and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well throughout the house. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of the debris on all kinds of floors and was able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement and the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The dock emptys its dust bin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank for the mopping function and even dries its mop pads for you. It also features a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

Unlike the other hybrid vacuum mops I tried The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. In addition it's not as efficient in removing tough stains like those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be emptied and the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. The mop pads sold separately also require replacement every few months.

With the L10S Ultra's pricey price tag and extensive functionality I would highly recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. If you're looking to save money I suggest a more basic model that will allow you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum combination you could find, its high cost and constant maintenance will make it seem more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum cleaners uk vacuum and mop that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors, while cleaning up wet mess, then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop set-up is a mighty suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It has a mop with a roller that is self-cleaning and makes it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller covers the entire width of the robot, and it receives a constant supply of clean water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Dry debris is picked up with the side brushes or swept up into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump dirty mop water in its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements and emptied into a larger storage container. The onboard tank holds a decent amount of water, and it can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you opt for this option however, you'll be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to choose your preferred brand of cleaning products.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, just like the majority of robots. It was quick to map the area and moved around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple of times on larger pile carpets and rugs in my tests however this could be improved as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot vacuum that mops that provides a lot of functionality at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum, but it still has several impressive features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, and washing and sanitizing mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning a large portion of an area before returning to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of removing debris and pet hair from carpets.

The application that runs this appliance is dense, offering a wide range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start a full map and clear everything that's been mapped by the device, or you can select particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine that you've set up. There are many mopping options, including SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the sensors on the mops to determine the most efficient method to clean your home while it maps the space.

Like all the Roborock models we've tested like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system is solid that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a systematic way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well, but it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. The machine has a major problem: it doesn't include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's a simple solution: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up", at the end of each session. This lets you use the vacuum's mopping capability to eliminate the last traces of dust and debris left behind by the vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum keep its cleanness a bit higher than its competitors with lower prices.
