Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations used.

For instance, the premium shield for racial discrimination Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, like an armor, weapon or ring. This replaces the item upgrader with another item upgrade of the same type however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable option to upgrade equipment. However, they don't retain the quality of the original item and any resources that are wasted aren't refunded.

The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or buy them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of the equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available such as upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a better quality. To produce them, you need an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item upgrade and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays in the space until the next successful result is to be rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.

In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These stones are special stones that increase the level of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This is a great way for players who want to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. Furthermore players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. There are several methods to get these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets you increase the effectiveness of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is accomplished by the combination of an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been attained.

Items that have upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to a single item at a time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain amount of items to be applied in addition to an appropriate level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. When players have enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available for it. When a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, except for glyphs, which can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on the type of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Items can be upgraded by adding Item Upgrader Mod upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them extra effects or an increased quality of the item upgrade. These upgrades can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the item upgrader mod's statistics.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire", however increases damage from weapons.

Some items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats, but because it allows players to gain the most value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

If you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. These include the type of item (either weapon or armor), the level of the item, the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
