The cot's side panel sliding can be raised and lowered with the press of a button, making it simple to reach in and soothe a crying infant at night. It has 11 height adjustments to accommodate almost any mattress size. It also has adjustable folding feet to ensure that it sits exactly at the correct level.

It's also lightweight, making it easy to move around the house during nap time and for travelling.

We love the fact that it's made from soft materials with breathable mesh sides that promote airflow and comfort. It is available in charcoal or oak and various melange fabrics that blend with most decor styles. Anna found it sturdy and secure when attached to her bed, with the legs securely clicking into place and the zips secure for baby-safety. It took her about 10 minutes to put together and did not require tools, and comes with clear instructions and a video or customer support contact number should you encounter any problems.

In addition to the standard features you'd expect from a crib for your bed, like being able to connect to your existing bed with a stay-in-place connection system and six height levels The CoZee also comes with an additional incline option that can be used to help ease reflux or congestion in babies. It is possible to lower the side panel by itself but this is not recommended, as it increases the risk that your child will be thrown out of the cot. However, the safety locking mechanism means that it can only remain in place if it is connected to the parent's bed correctly. This feature is great to have peace of mind when you breastfeed and require frequent nighttime feeds.

The Chicco Next2Me Magic is designed to be a perfect fit for any bed that is divan-based as well as beds with drawers thanks to the telescopic legs. It also has an option to tilt to help babies who are refluxy and a rocking mode that can bring them back to sleep after feeding. It's also incredibly spacious and offers excellent ventilation thanks to its mesh sides.

Our test participants found the Next2Me Magic easy to set up and use, though it comes with lengthy instructions. It's heavier than other side-sleepers but it's still quite mobile and can be moved from room to room easily. It's small enough to fit in a travel bag when not in use, which is a plus when you have to transport it. The only issue our test subjects found was that the side panel did not flex as much as the other models, making it a little harder to see your baby from your own bed.
