Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

Most robot auto vacuum and mop-mop combos can be customized with an application that allows you to save the maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. They also let you change suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrubbing action your mop uses.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate through rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running into furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These are must-have features in my house, filled with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, is packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and can even lift its brushes or mop pads to ensure that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It can also stay clear of obstacles by spotting pets, Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum plants, and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested so far. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping function is impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide an intense clean. It also comes with an automatic mop lifting mechanism, which lifts the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate hardwood, carpets and rugs to prevent soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it up and forget about it. It is only necessary to replenish the water tank or replace the dust bag occasionally.

All this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I used it on its standard vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and returned to its base for a recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

It's a robust and well-rounded product with the only drawback being the fact that it's expensive. The sheer amount of features make it an appealing choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this model when you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum. The premium price is justified by the robust features, which include a massive vacuuming capability, as well as two mop heads that rotate. It comes with an app-enabled smart control system and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed admirably across the house. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of the debris on all kinds of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without tangling. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its multifunctional docking station. The dock empties its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank for the mopping function and even dry its mop pads for you. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid mops I tested. Additionally, its mops aren't as capable at scrubbing away stubborn stains as those found in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's many top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. The base station must be emptied and the dustbag and water tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, will need to be replaced periodically too.

With the L10S Ultra's pricey price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. If you're on a tight budget I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum robot mop and vacuum you could find, its high cost and constant maintenance would make it more a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to tidy up mess and get rid of dirt from your floors. This powerful robovac/mop set-up comes with a powerful suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It has a roller-mop that is self-cleaning, making it stand out from models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots that vacuum and mop. Like most robotic vacuums and mop sets, the S1 Pro is ready to roll out of the box. The S1 Pro needs to be refilled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. If you want to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. If you decide to use this feature, however, you will be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands that allow you to choose your preferred brand of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did the majority of robots. It was quick to map a room and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a few times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this can be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has a lot of functionality at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system is able to sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is great for picking up pet hair and debris on carpets.

The software that runs this appliance is complex, with a broad choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can manually initiate an entire map and take care to clean everything that is that is mapped by the device or you can pick specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mop to map the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, just like all the Roborock models we've test. Its navigation system is reliable, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat way. Its "Normal" pathing settings cover a room well, without any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, but it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able identify smaller objects like electrical wires or rug tassels.

This machine has one major issue: it doesn't offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who regularly vacuum before using their robot. There's an easy solution: the app has an option that allows you to "clean up", at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you use the mopping feature of the vacuum to remove the last remnants of debris and dust left behind by the vacuuming. This is a nice feature that helps this robot to clean up a bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
